Established in July 2003, Herald China, an affiliate of Herald Media Inc., specializes in businesses related to China, including commissioned education to train employees as experts in China or introductions to educational courses available in China, distribution of golf club memberships, resort development, corporate marketing, and provision of consulting for investment (including real estate) and legal affairs.

Herald China is working with the authorities of Anqiu, Weifang and Jiaonan, Qingdao. Recently, City of Anqiu even hosted an explanatory meeting for investors concerning the Industrial Complex for Korean Businesses under the sponsorship of Herald China. Herald China is also acting as an agent for the distribution of golf club memberships to SAINT HILL GOLF CLUB currently under construction in Anqiu, Weifang as well as the development of a resort in the area and inducement of investment for the resort. The branches established in Beijing and Shanghai in September 2003 are expected to contribute to Herald China's invigorated business in that country. The Company aims to grow as a Korean business best-versed in Chinese affairs based on the businesses it is currently engaged in.
