Herald Media has been a pioneer in foreign language education
for four decades. Widely regarded as one of the nation's oldest
and most popular language education providers, Herald Media
offers more than 30 courses in English, Japanese, French and
Chinese at its lanauage institute in Seoul. Korea Herald Language
Institute educates over 15,000 students per year and also
offer in-house language training to corporate and public clients.

In April 2004, Herald Media won the management right to the
Seoul English Village, the nation's first privately managed
English immersion campus. The campus is financed by the Metropolitan
Government of Seoul and will be visited by over 100,000 elementary
and junior-high school students per year. Selected among 11
bidders including some of Korea's largest media and education
companies, Herald Media is the first private entity to run
a government-owned immersion campus.
